Dr. Stephanie F. West is a Cornell University trained veterinarian with extensive executive management, speaking and teaching experience.

Her executive management experience includes being the director of hospital operations at a large veterinary college, hospital administrator for a corporate specialty pet hospital, executive director for a veterinary emergency clinic, and manager of a general feline veterinary practice.

Her educator experience includes being a former tenured faculty member and program director of a college veterinary technology department and a clinical course director for a distributive-model veterinary college. She has also been a guest lecturer at a veterinary college, as well as a requested speaker at conferences and events.

Dr. Stephanie was a national Top Ten finalist as Practice Manager of the Year from DVM360/Veterinary Hospital Managers Association. The New York State Veterinary Medical Society has honored her with their award for Outstanding Service to Veterinary Medicine. She volunteers her time on several veterinary professional and advisory boards. In her spare time she enjoys mentoring and empowering veterinary professionals and spending time with her husband and cats Satina Negra and Purr-sephone Hairball.
